Handmaids Girls’ Secondary School, Amansea, a great citadel of learning established on the 8th October, 2007 by congregation of Handmaids of the Holy Child Jesus (HHCJ) with the aim of training students, who on graduation, would make life more meaningful for their people and be self-reliant; woman who will help to build our nation in the spirit and words of our foundress, Mother Mary Charles Magdalene Walker. “The hope of the church here lies in these children, if we can protect them for these few years, they will then build better Christian homes for the little girls of the next generation”.
