Lynette Prime Empowerment Foundation (LPEF) has highly experienced staff from the founder Lynda Neto-Umeano who has 10 years of banking experience where she was the Regional Head of Human Resources in the South East of Nigeria for some years, she has over 18 years of community service. Judith Anolieofo is also one of the founders of the NGO with over 20years of banking experience and 6 years of community service.
Mrs. Theresa Ugeh- An astute entrepreneur and philanthropist is a major financier of LPEF

Anaeto Cyril Umeano- Obtained his BSc. in Physics from University of Calabar, Nigeria. He went into banking and has 10years Banking experience, he is into Logistics and has over 15 years of Entrepreneurship/Community service.

Brenda Ihekoromadu- An Opthalmlogist with 20years experience. Brenda is an Ophthalmic clinical development consultant.

Theodora Nnabuihe- She has a major in English and an Executive MBA from University of Capetown South Africa with 10years Banking experience and 10years Community Service.

Umunne Ibegbulam- She is a graduate of Business Administration and has 10 years in Primary Community Education.

Tochukwu Molokwu- Tochukwu obtained a BSc.in Banking and Finance from Enugu State University of Technology Enugu, Nigeria. He has over 20years experience of Community service. Tochukwu is in charge of LPEF activities at Nkpor in Anambra State.

Tunde Ajibowo- Tunde obtained his HND in Accounting from Kwara State University and a PGD in Business Administration from same university. He has worked in ACC accounting firm before going to work for Advertising Practitioners Council Of Nigeria (APCON). Tunde is in charge of LPEF activities at Ilorin, Kwara state.

Fabian Onyekachi-He has a BSc.in computer science from Nnamdi Azikiwe University Awka. He is a software developer and a digital marketer. He is in charge of LPEF IT Consultancy and digital marketing.

Udodili Umeano- He is a graduate of Mechanical Engineering from Federal Plytechnic Oko, Anambra state. with 9 years experience. He is in charge of LPEF logistics’ in Anambra state.

Amarachi Okafor- Amarachi studied graphics and photography at Institute f Management Technology(IMT) Enugu, Nigeria.She has 8 years of Creative arts eg Painting, Dyeing, Textiles etc.

Lina Ugah- 15years of Bead making, Jewelries and Cloth Makings. She is in charge of training on bead makings and mentorship for LPEF.

Linda Madu- Linda studied at Enugu State University of Science and Technoloy. She has 10years of tailoring and weaving.

Michael Omelu- Over 15 years of Event Training and Planning Consultancy. Michael is in charge of managing all LPEF events.
