Lynette Prime Empowerment Foundation (LPEF) was founded by Mrs Lynda Neto-Umeano a remarkable woman who dedicates her life to empowering women and children across Nigeria and the world. Lynda Neto-Umeano holds a BSc in Urban and Regional Planning from Abia State University where she came out with the overall best result in her set. Lynda worked in the banking sector for 10 years where she became the head of Human Resources South East of Nigeria. She is passionate about creating opportunities for those who are less fortunate and giving them the tools they need to succeed in life. Lynda Neto-Umeano was born and raised in NIGERIA, where she witnessed firsthand the devastating effects of poverty and inequality on women and children. This experience led her to become an advocate for women and children's rights, and she devotes her life to making a positive difference in their lives.
In 2015, Mrs Lynda Neto-Umeano founded the Lynette Prime Empowerment Foundation (LPEF), a Non-Governmental Organization, although it was not registered until 2023, It has always been dedicated to empowering women and children in Nigeria, Africa and beyond. Lynette Prime Empowerment Foundations (LPEF) mission is to create opportunities for women and children to break the cycle of poverty and build better lives for themselves and their families. Mrs Lynda Neto-Umeano believes that education was the key to unlocking their potential, and the foundation's programs focused on providing access to education, skill acquisition, healthcare, and other essential services. Lynette Prime Empowerment Foundation (LPEF) continues to make a significant impact in the lives of women and children. The foundation's programs have helped countless individuals achieve their goals and dreams, and its work has been recognized both nationally and internationally.
